As the largest private employer in Mexico with the higher number of jobs created in the last few years, Walmart has the enormous responsibility of developing, training and promoting the talent of our associates.  Therefore, in 2006 17, 409 associates joined our team, 19,569 were promoted, and 121,025 were trained in 5.3 million man-hours.
